Company Overview
With 25 years experience, Bennington Plant Ltd is a family run business, operated by father and son team Sean and Lewis Bennington.
Starting with just the one machine, the business has grown to what it is now by operating a variety of machinery and working on various projects, such as bypasses, reservoirs and housing sites.
Bennington Plant Ltd work closely with the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) to ensure the correct training for all plant operators.
All operators have CITB CPCS certification to operate machinery safely.
The Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) provides a registration card scheme acknowledged by the industry, recognising skills, knowledge and understanding, competence and qualifications.
CPCS is recognised by the UK Contractors Group (UKCG) and Major Home Builders Group (MHBG), as the preferred card to comply with codes of practice for competence and certification, to help employers comply with regulations and requirements, and aims to apply common standards for all plant operators.
