Bennington Plant Hire work closely with the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) to ensure the correct training for all plant operators.
All operators have CITB CPCS certification to operate machinery safely.
The Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) provides a registration card scheme acknowledged by the industry, recognising skills, knowledge and understanding, competence and qualifications.
CPCS is recognised by the UK Contractors Group (UKCG) and Major Home Builders Group (MHBG), as the preferred card to 
comply with codes of practice for competence and certification, to help employers comply with regulations and requirements, and aims to apply common standards for all plant operators.
